Processing

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, CST

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking
information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat fee of $1.99 (USD) for orders under $50.00
(USD). We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 (USD).

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item
becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional
shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Booquett Order Status Emails

When you complete your order on www.booquett.com, we will update you on the status of your order
by email.

These emails include, but are not limited to:

 Confirmation that your order was successfully submitted
 Notification of the date(s) we anticipate to ship your order
 Verification that your order shipped, with tracking information
 Information regarding any issues we may encounter while fulfilling your order
