Dianne Dearmon wrote her first novel at the age of 13 and discovered her storytelling abilities were strong enough to evoke emotional reactions from her peers. She continued to write short stories, plays and poetry throughout high school and college. While earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and MBA in Finance, she established herself in the beauty industry, which is the inspiration for her latest novel. It’s Only Lipstick, Right? gives readers a shocking, but funny, inside look at the catty and cutthroat world of cosmetics as it has never been seen before. Originally from Alabama, Dianne now happily resides in her adopted hometown, Chicago, with her toy Chihuahua, Gigi.
